Welcome to the law firm of Haverstock, Bell & Pitman. Our firm has been providing legal services to individuals in Western Kentucky collectively for over 60 years.

Gary HaverstockGary Haverstock
The firm was founded by Gary R. Haverstock who began his practice in Murray, Kentucky in 1972. Gary is a graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Law and has focused his practice on representing individuals in personal injury and death claims.


Gerald BellGerald Bell
Gerald Bell joined the law firm in 1988. Gerald is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law and has extensive experience in real estate and business organizational transactions.



Michael PitmanMichael Pitman
Michael Pitman joined the law firm in 1991. Mike is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mike practiced in Louisville, Kentucky and clerked with United States District Judge Edward Johnstone. Mike focuses his practice on representing individuals in injury and death claims, employment discrimination, professional liability, criminal defense, Social Security and Workers’ Compensation.
In addition to the attorneys at Haverstock, Bell & Pitman, the firm has a support staff experienced in providing confidential and efficient services to firm clients. Included in the support staff is Certified Paralegal Lori Roberts who has over 25 years experience in providing services to personal injury clients.

The law firm of Haverstock, Bell & Pitman bases its practice on providing legal services to individuals throughout Western Kentucky. The primary focus of our practice has and continues to be representing individuals in claims involving personal injury and death.
